Manager Alecia at spar disrespects me

On Monday the 20th I did a cashback at spar umzimkhulu of 200 the transaction went through as double then I went into the store for my refund and I spoke the the guy named Siya he told me the store does not do reversals and I must see what to do, then I went to my bank Capitec and they told me the money is sitting in the retail stores account, when I went to the store I spoke to Alecia who then gave me an incorrect number for their head office and told me to check with them. I honestly feel that the management of super spar umzimkhulu do not know or have customer service and they feel that customers should now at their stinking attitude, someone needs to teach them how to run their account department because am sure that R219. of mine is already in someone's pockets because it's simple when you do cash up at the end of business they should have picked up an over amount of 219, that shop needs to be closed for a while inorder to get their management back to senses
