MANAGEMENT NOT DOING THEIR JOB

I had the worst experience yesterday morning with their security guard who grabbed me by arms telling me he is going to arrest me if i don’t pay for the damaged 6pack i got hysterical as i told him to let me go and he tightened up his grip, i then asked for the manager who was right there and he did not show interest in what i had to say nor my explanation. as i was still explaining the security guard persisted in saying i will pay for it whether i want to or not even if he had to lock me up. one of the ladies i was with shouted shel pay for it as well i shouted bk at her telling her not too. the guard then grabbed me by the hands yet again rougher then before causing my Ancestral Beads to Break and i had just had them installed thursday for my ceremony which i had been saving up for since November last year, i then got very emotional. i went to the main store to ask for a manager there because the one at the liquor wasn’t giving me the time of day. i then got called bk to the liquor by one of the ladies i was with informing me that the manager has arrived. i first spoke whom i believe was a mall security guard first and explained to him whilst that was happening Ragen store manager asked what happened before even getting anywhere he asked/told me “before we continue, are you going to be opening a case against him?” i said yes and he said “then i have nothing further to say to you now please leave my store you are disturbing our peace” shocked that that Spar Manager too didn’t care about my peace or what i had to say as their customer all he cared about was that i got out of there and he said he doesn’t care i can go ahead and do whatever i want to do just leave.

How is Spar keeping such managers?? those beads the security broke are to calm me and my spiritual person to be at peace and Ragen tells me i’m disturbing their peace.. i’m not sure if the review i made yesterday got through but this entire thing has disturbed so much and it’s not as easy as just typing it .

i really hope something is done about this coz Spar Lakesides management team isn’t doing their job at their best.
