Made to feel like a ***** - Rotten deli meat!

Horrible, stinking and rotten Eisbein from the Deli! My entire house stinks like an abattoir! When I tried to bring it to their attention via telephone I was met with a combative deli manager who thought it was a good idea to argue with me and basically called me a ****. Never have I been so insulted by someone who should have thanked me for bringing this to their attention rather than going public with it first. Even when taking the offensive smelling pork back, a 40 minute both ways, I was asked to produce a slip when the deli sticker clearly shows the date and time of purchase earlier today! I understand how easily the cold chain can be broken and that it is inevitable that something like this can happen once in a while, especially during the warmer months. That was easy to forgive... What is unforgivable is the way the management of this Spar handled my concerns and the way they made me feel. You had the opportunity to correct this issue quietly and diplomatically but selected to upset and embarrasses a loyal customer who will now never support you again! It was never about receiving a refund which is why I left your store without accepting a refund.
