Mac SA doesn't refund monies that they have deducted from your account mistakenly!!

I have been calling Mac from the 26th of Feb 2022. They debited my account and didn't give me any order invoice. I called them for a refund and I have been waiting since then to get a refund. The call Centre people said that I can expect my refund last Friday. Do not buy from them. They will take your money and never ever refund you.
