Loyalty Points

The Spar Bedfordview - With regards to their Loyalty Card/Points, I had about R56 on my card, they printed a voucher for me, which i misplaced but it was never used. i went to the store for them to reprint the points for me, they refused, claiming their system cannot reprint, my question, what will happen to my R56? The cashier supervisor told me the Manager said they cant reprint, i tried to log a query with SPAR customer care - they were also not willing to help. My rewards is still on my card/profile, because they were never used. and i need them.
