Lost package at Spar

I lost my plastic on the spar trolley. The security and spar management advised that they will investigate on the 7/04/2025. It's now the 18/04/2025 there is no update. The service is pathetic if I am not getting any response. I will make sure that I open a case regarding this and also go to the ombudsman.
