Lockdown response and service

The store was barely one month old in our area when the pandemic hit. They have been so remarkable in responding by offering residents the opportunity to send their orders in via WhatsApp and all you have to do is go into the store pay and collect. It helps with minimizing the que time and movement of people during the lock down. I placed my order at 8pm last night and between 8am and 9am this morning they messaged and called to advise of goods they did not have in stock and provided alternatives. By 9am my order was cashed up and ready for collection. Well done to you guys.
