Loadshedding Chaos

Winkelspruit Spar management can really make more effort and be more prepared during loadshedding. After spending an hour shopping and loading a full trolley, the lady at counter scanned all my groceries and then they let you know that the card machine doesnt work during loadshedding. I was shocked. There was no signs ready to be displayed or nobody informing customers. Myself and numerous other people was only informed at the counter about this card situation. Needless to say, this caused quite a bit of chaos and complaining from many people. Some preparation and effort from your management could avoid all this chaos. I'm using the PnP down the road in future.
