Good day I hope all is well. I'm writing this complain regarding a Supervisor or what I don't know she was very rude to us we we're @ lunch we greeted her asked to pay since we were on lunch she didn't respond to us she left us with attitude after few minutes she called us with attitude yelling at us saying she said we must come of which she didn't her name is Thandiwe my colleague even apologized for Thandiwe's incompetence and poor customer service she gave us we also work in Retail with people but I don't think even Thandiwe would've appreciated the service she gave us. Infact Spar Maluti Cresent Mall Phuthaditjhaba doesn't have good customer service even the cashiers I don't know what's wrong with that Store. I really need response on this complain.
