I received feedback on from Masdura at Spar this morning who works at head office. Who enlightened me that the retail manager(George) had a meeting with the Kloof owner on Friday. According to the Kloof owner i come into the store regularly to check out the food which none of his other customers do and he takes offence to that since it is his job. Please explain to me when i go into the store browse what they have on offer for lunch. How this is offensive, I can honestly say that i am not the only customer who has pulled up their noses for certain of the cooked food, There has been instances when people have taken their food back, please explain how you roast chicken with feathers still visible , I am furious that this so called owner also mentioned that he has previously apologised to me. You know what at the end of the day their quality of food and service has gone down the drain. I will take it upon myself to never ever go back Kloof Street Spar. Aissa & Winnie thank you for your smile and and always serving us with friendly faces. Afterall i have a wonderful well kept , friendly Spar around the corner from my house.
