LESS THAN SUBSTANDARD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

Honestly, if I can give minus stars I would. From rotten food on the shelf to changing prices at the tills without changing it on the shelf. No matter what issue you run into at this facility, the client is always wrong! I bought apple pies there (as a pregnant woman), ate 1 bite and it was completely off. After months I have still not heard one single peep from management. Their staff are forced to work in extreme heat and cold situations due to an open front door. I suggested to the owner himself to install a small inexpensive passage to avoid cold and hot air to blow directly on the staff sitting infront of the door again...months ago, but instead he purchased more shelving and hiked prices.

Their fruit are always rotten (even pips fall apart with mould inside and when you turn the g**** punnets over there is clear mould inside. GROSS!!!

Today management was so rude. Purchasing a product with one price on the shelf and over R10 more at the till. They treated me as if I was in the wrong and even after stating there has been no apology provided, none was provided!

I have been a client of this shop for near 2 years and things are certainly not getting better.

I hope they get with it and pull their socks up, else I will be taking this matter further as I am sick and tired of paying premium prices in this town for products that are clearly substandard and not even okay for consumption by ***s.
