I am a resident of weltevreden Park Johannesburg. I frequent my local spar palm court and also go to there liquor store often. My husband and i like black label 1 litre and we tend to buy it alot. The manager , ?Thanos i think thats his name he is a greek guy has decided to rashin the customers in terms of the our purchuse of the 1 litre of black label because its so popuolar. He has now gone to the extent of hiding the 1 litre at the back of the store and giving the clients that he want to purchase the 1 litre black the amount he sees fit. I am outrage as I have to ask him for two black lables and then I see other people get three or four. I am upset that this manager at spar chooses who he wants to buy the black label. I will no longer go back there until something is done about this
