LESEDI M ATTITUDE STINKS

Yesterday 07/03/2023 enter the spar and tried to get cash back due to the FNB ATM was not working then i remembered that SPAR you can get cash back as i'm on my way to purchase the lady from the till wearing a mask her name is LESEDI M as i'm telling her can i have cash back because i know that spar needs us to buy first if your requesting cash back which i did using my FNB card apparently she did not open her till to check if i she has the money i requested instead she asked her colleagues about 4 of them if they have the amount i needed it was only 500 i need and when purchasing the money was gonna come out to R452.50 still she told me there's no money in for that amount i do understand there was no money what ****ed me the ATTITUDE is really stinking i even asked her you don't have to shout as i need money she told me straight that what is it that she has to do if the money i require is not available you can go and come back later i told her do you know where is Tembisa as where i'm she then tells me so what must she do i find that very irritating and rudely LESEDI M needs to work on her talking especial with customers tomorrow you tell them they are rude to their managers it will be like we rude i work with people through phones and as a sales consultant I'd rather make you calm and find another solution she never tried the last lady and ask her if she has cash or not for the first time in my life and as i always suggest SPAR at Buccluech *** clearly they don't care about what is required i'm very disappointment i have never got to deal with such attitude,

On my way i was about to live i asked for a pen to take her name down in case i forgot she said you don't need to write it down its on the slip i said its fine it really got my blood boiled that LESEDI M has a stinking attitude sorry to say that but as i'm living it really felt so stinky,
