after my 1st complaint Spar told me that what i did was wrong under common Law. i went into a few different Retail stores including a other spar and they did not find a issue with me opening a drink before i pay for it. the 1 retail store even said that it is not against the law for me to open the drink. what i was told that under common law no one has ever been charged with opening a drink and has been prosecuted successfully in SA. under my understanding as well the owner of the store does have the right to not have me open the drink before i pay for it but needs to display this publicly if not doing so and in my case i was picked on by management this is ************** and i still see it as ******. make your rules public and not just to people you feel like discriminating against i was victimised against and it was not against the law as you cant prosecute me as it is not common law <br> i have not received apologies from spar nor a correct response <br> i am not stupid so don't make up law or insult me by telling me i am childish <br> 7 Days is done
