Lasagne with mould

My grandmother recently bought a frozen lasagne for herself from our local Spar. She is elderly and did not check the expiry date and simply took it home. When she took it out to put it on the oven she was dismayed to find that it was covered in mould and completely inedible. The lasagne had actually expired in February! I was just so disappointed that the store had left the product on the shelf for such a long time when it was clearly inedible.
