LANSERIA Pathetic Service "WORMS in my Salad"

I bought green salad today (15 Nov 2023), half way finished the salad I found a lot of worms. It was so terrifying to see such in my food and I trusted Spar as big brand that I wouldn't have found such according to the high standards that your brand has set to us as your loyal customers.I went back to the store and asked for the the store manager which was rude as she said "I unfortunately she can't open my stomach and wash the worms out". Is that a way to speak to the customer that comes to this store rIgularly to buy at least thrice a week?I would like this matter to be taken into consideration as when we were having this engagement I was asked to go into the store's kitchen so that other customer cannot see our conflict.As we went in there the kitchen shows the exact kind of service they give us as it was "filthy" and this will be taken to higher authorities so that we can be sure the matter is taken with highest priority.As I typing this mail my stomach cramps are on another level.
