Lack of professionalism

Ive been buying from this store since november 2015, they ranshort of a specific product in november, almost every day since then ive been asking for the product but to no avail, yet their bottle stote always has stock of the product. Wen i brought it to the attention of the manager, a white guy who said he is the manager said that tje bottle store has old stock and the product is no longer being produced, which i know for fact is nonsense. Then today i asked for the product again, the managers showed no interest in speaking to me as a customer and said very casually and un-intetestdely said they will get stock from the bottlestore. This is extremely disturbing as the customer service is very poor and undignified.
