Lack of customer service!!

I was at Spar in Vangate Mall (Cape Town) this evening with my family for grocery shopping.

Since time was not on our side I decided that my younger brother should be the 1st one to enter the store that way if ever they close their doors they should still be able to let us in. Got to the door and I asked the security to pls open and listen to what I have to say.

He then opened and told me that the store is already closed therefore I cannot enter , told him that there is already someone I’m with who is in the store. He said unfortunately he will not let me in . Which I did not understand because it only makes sense for them to let me in if someone I’m with is already inside.

I stood at the door and refused to move because I believe and know that it is my right to enter the store at this point , correct me if I’m wrong. The Security by the Surname of Dywili kept hurting my arm with the door , Which I find way out of line , That guy kept on banging that door on my arm. After hurting my arm this guy just disappeared, then his colleague who goes by the name of Nokuzola Jikijela came to ask what’s happening, I explained and told her to pls call the Manager of the store , she told me to come back tomorrow cause the manager already went home, told her to call anyone that is in management because there is totally no way a store can be up and running without any superior supervision. keep in mind she is not talking to me as if I’m a sane person, she is screaming at me . After she told me what she wanted to say , she also pulled the door against my arm

As I’m writing this I’m disgusted and way beyond disappointed, I’ve been shopping at that Spar for several years and I’ve never received such treatment. and the saddest part is that I’ve received this Iill-treatment from Securities,

A lady came and allowed me to go in cause my brother is in the store, now as we’re getting done with our shopping, That same security by the name of Dywili comes to the aisle that my brother and I are in and he asks my brother if he is with me, my brother then denies that he’s with because he already witnessed their disgusting treatment towards me. I told him (the Security) that yes he is with me. He then said I should’ve told him that I’m with that boy things would’ve been easier. I laughed and walked away , because at the door I tried explaining that to him but he chose violence. Even the fact that whilst I’m shopping as a customer I was constantly reminded that , they’ve been there since the beginning of the day, but who’s to blame for that,me as a customer? I’m just shook at how I was treated as if I was there to get food on credit.

I hope this will be read by someone who will take action against these 2 individuals and teach them about their own Jobs cause clearly they know nothing about it, they do not have customer service skills at all sies! And I demand communication about this Incident
