Lack of contingency

I am currently at spar Noordwyk at Lever Road and there is load shedding without any back up or detailed feedback as to when the tills will be working . There is a Pick ‘n Pay and woolies in the same area which don’t have such issues when there is electricity however Spar does . How does an establishment of so many years operate without back up ? Now we are supposed to be working but we are stuck in the store with zero ventilation. This is the last time I associate myself with such unprofessionalism
