KwiskSpar Blouberg/Porterfield Road

Kwikspar Blouberg- shopped and hoped to check out my trolley. The cashier and manager on duty had no clue as to how to use the spar voucher card. nor could they check the balance of the card...( strange... go to any retail store and the cashiers are able to check and see your available balance immediatedly). I went as far as too log onto the internet via my cellphone and assisted the on duty manager by showing him the balance of my voucher. After an exhange of words ... i left without my groceries completely humiliated. Completely unacceptable.
