KWIKSPAR Spar on Buccleauch Drive never Has stock by and Shops always dirty.

Angelo Swartz- Come On Mr CEO you’ve lead amazing companies and all have represented you well. The KWIKSPAR situated at 10 Gibson Drive, Buccleauch ? ********** shopping experience . I’ve been there twice after moving in the area . The shop never has stock. No meat, No coke, No essentials … fruits and Detergents yes you have plenty .

The store isn’t very clean and certain parts of the store have no lights . I mean I get it it’s not Woolworths or Checkers but at least make it feel like an amazing place to shop . I went to get Coke this evening and two customers who I found there said “ this shop is useless how can a Spar not have Coke “ the shop’s customer feel is genuinely horrible . Can someone in Marketing as well as the store manager do something please ..

I’m Certain Angelo Swartz and The board wouldn’t consider that KWIKSPAR as a brand that represents the greater Umbrella of Spar Group .

One staff Member said she has raised it before and no one senior is doing anything . If you don’t see this complaint as important to do something I don’t know .

Poor Service , Poor customer shopping experience feel A lot of work to be done Angelo Swartz and Co. Please Clean certain floor areas and Get more stock gosh Supply Chain Manager should be Fired .
