Kwikspar Pepper Square Promoting and Selling Sour Milk to Make your Family Sick Manger Cesern does not care!!!!

This morning I went to Kwikspar Pepper Square and I took back a 2liter Spar brand Milk as I just made the kids porridge and the milk was sour. I live write opposite Spar and the Manager on duty Cesern said i need to call the consumer help line if my kids are vomiting and I said to him its NOT the point check the product as it is a House Brand and see its not expired and then you can assist he said i must have a slip which i didn't so i advised him to look at the batch number and check the system. He left to go somewhere did not apologize or anything was more arrogant and did not want to give his Surname and told me he won't if this was Pick n Pay for any House Brand products they wont ask a slip as they guarantee and stand by their label. Also bearing in mind its a dairy item and their cold chain could have been compromised. I ended up buying and paying for another milk and oddly they still have the same expiry date milk on the shelf and still running a promotion on it so why they desperate to sell...

Spar is a not a retailer that can stand behind their products

And not to mention I have walked in many of weekends and seen during alcohol lockdown that their alcohol was not closed or covered as per the Government Regulation

Please investigate them as they are situated in a Prime area and do not follow government rules let alone know how to treat consumers that work hard and ends up with 2 sick children due to their milk
