KWIKSPAR MESS UP AND I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR BAD SERVICE

On the 01/03/2019 I swiped my card to pay my rates and I received a receipt confirming I paid and payment approved one frombNedbank and Blue Label. I checked with council and no money was paid they due date was was the 5th March 2019. I approached the stores manager on the 5th and made copies and said he would sort out in the morning. When I arrived nothing was done. On the 5th I gave him copies and this is not good for my credit record.
