Kwik Spar Unreasonable Night Construction disturb Neighborhood.

We are a Town House complex located in Somerset West next to De Helderbosch KwikSpar, and having problems with Unreasonable Noise for last 2 weeks, as the are doing construction work on the KwikSpar Building right through the night for the last 2 weeks, noises are use of machinery , apparatus and tools, for example knocking down walls and cutting metal with grinders, we complained at managers at the Spar and only been ignored. This matter is taken to Somerset West Municipality . The SANS 10400 F 2010 States that No person shall during course of any building , demolition or excavation work use any machine, machinery, engine, apparatus , tool or contrivance , which in opinion of the local authority may be unreasonably disturb or interfere with the amenity of the neighborhood, on public holiday or Sunday, before 06:00 or after 17:00 on Saturday and 06:00 or after 18:00 on any other day. it is urgently necessary in order to preserve life , safety or health of any person. People affected in complex is Elderly people and children, with high levels of construction noise during late night and early mornings. We are not only neighbors of Spar as we also do some of our shopping at this Spar, the Spar Management is rude and disrespect us.
