Kwik Spar Carletonville charging high than advertised price

Blue Ribbon classic white bread is advertised and marked at R14,99, effective from 27 December 2022 to 08 January 2023. Kwik Spar Carletonville charged me R15,99 on 28 December 2022. On 29 December 2022, Kwik Spar Carletonville attempted to charge me R15,99. This time I mentioned to the attendant that the price should be R14,99. The attendant mentioned that the system is set up that way. I showed her the marked price and the adverti*****t in the store. She called the manager and the manager grudgingly changed the price for me. The manager did not acknowledge me or mention a word to me. I would have liked if the price was corrected so that others do not have the same experience. An explanation would also have been nice, seeing that I am a regular customer to that Kwik Spar.
