Kuyasa Spar Tops driver collided on a wall

A driver named Sibulele from Kuyasa Spar Tops in Mdantsane collided my house's wall on the 30th of April 2024 while looking for directions for a nearby tavern. I reported this incident to his manager but my grandmothers house wall has not fixed till date. My grandmother is 80 years old, when this happened she fell sick. Her condition is deteriorating and she is worried that this incident is not being handled properly. Someone needs to be held accountable for this.
