Kroondal Spar cursing at their clients

The Spar in Kroondal is filthy and the staff useless! we waited 10mins extra because the cassier is flirting with a client and yelling Donovan a million times right in our ears for the manager. We took our stuff to the next till...and the one lady literally ran infront of us with the closed sign. I told her you better still help us as we have waited long and she proceded to say : "hey mamma what is ****ing wrong with you". I kept calm and she took my stuff...but I want her reprimanded! she works at the ciggaret counter. thanx
