KRAAIFONTEIN SUPERSPAR

On Saturday, 3 August 2019 I bought 1kg cooked Spare Ribs for R150 from our local Superspar to take home. I shared the rib meat with my dog and both of us got very sick in the early hours of this morning.

I phoned our local Superspar this morning and explained to Frinklin what happened, he took my details and Marie then phoned me back. Marie assured me that it could not have been their ribs that made us sick and told me that it must have been the pie that I had for lunch.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We buy goods from this Superspar on a daily basis, spending thousands of Rands each month and this is how Management deals with a very serious complaint?
