Kopanong Spar Disrespect and Bullies its Customers

Hello On the 05 March2025 I bought R150.00 sausage when I cooked 04 pieces they turned out pink ….. I took everything back and spoke to Thomas who said it was just the spice… He said he would speak to Steven / Stephen his boss. Then I left it there with them

Two days later he said that he would not replace but rather give me a freebie of equivalent value, someday

It is so disheartening, disrespectful and dehumanising for spar to treat its customers this way ….

Whenever I have to shop there I remember this and it bothers me. I have come to hate spar as it has no respect for its customers
