Knysna Spar - Treated like a ******** by Security Officer

I was shopping at your Super Spar in Knysna yesterday and upon leaving the store with my purchases that the packers put in the basket trolley as their was not any metal trolleys available as usual a female security officer came up behind me without any warning what's so ever and forcefully grabbed my trolley that had my purchases in it and in the process this twisted my wrist which is still in pain as I have pins in my wrist after I broke it a few years back. I was shocked and at first sight I thought this person was robbing me and pulled the trolley back. She instructed me very militantly that I am to turn around and go back to the trolley bay and get another trolley and she wouldn't let the trolley go. I told her to leave me alone my car is parked here which I pointed at, and still she wouldn't let the trolley go and at this point everyone was looking at us and it turned into a shouting match which eventually I did tell her to F...off. I had to take all my shopping bags out the trolley in the middle of the walk way outside the Spec Savers and drag it to my vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous to say the least, and a loyal customer has been treated like a common ******** and embarrassed!!!

Also why if you are not allowed to take the basket trolleys outside? 1. Why have them? 2. This practise was not like this in the past as this has never happened before. 3. Why doesn't the store packers place your purchases in a trolley that may leave the store?...…………… Called customer service which is the driving force behind your business. 4. Why is their no sign up to say that you may not leave the store with these trolleys. 5. Why is management not being proactive and ensuring that clients are not inconvenienced like this, o the reason being they stand in the cubical by the fruit and veg all day and not bother interacting with the clients in their shop and more interested in watching the televisions.

I turned back and went into the store again and went to the managers desk and told him what happened, this female security officer came to chip in and said to him I insulted her,... no I did not insult her she caused the issues in the way she addressed me by grabbing my trolley and being unreasonable.... I was not *****ing the trolley! He didn't even bother apologising and when I said I will report this to the owner he got angry with me and told me I must go and do it, I want the regional manager of the western cape to kindly call me.
