Kenworth Spar very bad customer service

Kenworth Spar in bloem, what a disappointment. So I made a grocery purchase at Spar, at first their swiping machine failed, which resulted in the transaction paying twice deducted twice from my account. When I finally got to see the account/finance manager after 4 failed attempts, I received very poor customer service, having the manager tell me that I'm stupid and ********. The bank had to call them directly for me to finally get assistance. The money got paid back into my account. To my surprise about 5 days later, I got an notification from my account that the very same amount I struggled to get back got deducted 'again' by Kenworth Spar Bloemfontein. I went to the finance manager again, together with statements from the bank that show the transaction spar made on my account. Yet again the manager was so rude and even refused to check on their system that the transaction was made. It's now close to three weeks spar took the money I needed from my account without any authorization from me. I have no idea how they did that, but I'm definitely not going to let this go. My advice to you all, if you want to keep your money safe, do not purchase with your card at Kenworth Spar Bloemfontein. Soooo disappointed.
