Jäegermeister with ‘bits’

TOPS Spar in Hammarsdale sold me Jaegermeister with bits in it! I realised immediately after opening it that there are some bits that float in my cup. As to result to that or the placebo effect, I have a small headache. Again, I’m not sure whether this is due to that or what.
