Is Spar above the law?

It appears that nowadays when you go to Spar, you need to suspend normal breathing for a while, otherwise the store manager (who gets their instructions from the store owner) threatens to throw you out of the store. The managers are clearly not up to the task of explaining why they still insist on customers wearing masks, even though it is a known fact that the High Court declared this "lock down" ******* in June 2020 already. A person who is medically unqualified demands to take your temperature from a distance of less than 1.5 metres (so the "rules" are app**** selectively). Somehow the managers are under the impression that depriving their customers from breathing normally is a lawful requirement, and they go out of their way to intimidate customers into a lack of breath while inside the store. This is on the conscience of the store owner who should provide accurate information and stand up to the bullying that they simply pass on to their managers and security staff.
