Is our local Spar closing down?
Does Spar not have standards for their shops? The Crestview Spar (Alberton North area) is in a SHAMEFUL STATE! The shelves are bare and the fridges are not working - it is absolutely shocking!<br> <br> Clearly no standards or franchise guidelines are being followed and I have to say I really feel sorry for the staff members having to work under such conditions. It is a sad state of affairs which needs to be addressed immediately
