Irresponsible dispensing of over the counter medication by a Pharmacist at Pharmacy at Spar Birchgate

Pharmacy at Spar Birchgate dispensed over the counter medication worth over R4000,00 to one dependent in the month of January 2025, from the 2nd till 16th. I spoke to the pharmacist on 16 Jan 25, she confirmed that she told him that at the rate he was claiming OTC meds, the medical will not last, but she made no effort to alert me as the principal member and continued to dispense the medication anyway. According to pharmacy regulations in SA, where a pharmacist suspects misuse or over usage of drugs, they must refuse sale. But this didn't happen with this pharmacy, they were just happy claiming from my medical aid. This matter has been reported to Pharmacy Council of SA.
