Insulted and abused by a cashier at SPAR

Managers , CEO, i will go to any length. To make sure I get justice. I was insulted at SPAR bel air Malibongwe Drive Randburg Today by the cashier named Queen. She did not only insult me alone, she insulted me and other 2 customers. Just because we raised our concern that she keeps leaving her till and We have been standing there for long. Queen rendered insults on us.we asked her if she was not concerned that 3 customers are complaining about the same thing at the same time she said she doesn't care , we. Must go ahead and report her if we want. I am also suing her for deformation of Character because she pointed at me and said I always come there to cause trouble. I want her to give me all footages of me causing trouble at SPAR as she claims. I am not letting this slide until i get justice. Her supervisor was even telling her to keep quite and she went on and on with the insults. i buy my groceries at SPAR once or twice a month and I never had issues with any cashier . She needs to produce the footages and evidence. What kind of people is SPAR hiring. What happened to Treating customers fairly? This lady has no empathy, no respect and no training at all. I also work with clients but I can never take out my frustration on a client . Clearly she has no morals and is not living to the values of SPAR. These kind of people like Queen are destroying the humanity. She does not care of the damages she is causing as long as she got paid . She has no integrity at all , such a person should not be allowed to handle customers or even work in a retail space.
