Instructed to leave child & goods & return item

Yesterday purchased an item on special. Upon leaving the till, I noticed that the wrong price was charged. The supervisor was called. She was rude, arrogant and had an attitude informing me that the wrong brand had been taken. Several years my junior, she instructed me to leave me four year child at the till, with the tons of groceries that I had purchased and return the item! I left my child in the care of the another Spar staff member and went to the shelf only to discover that the item was not available, but that the sales label had been incorrect placed. I took the sales label to the front of the shop, where the obnoxious supervisor stood with her hands folded, looking highly annoyed.I explained to her that the specific brand was sold out- once again I was met with an arrogant attitude. At this stage, I had had enough of her and told her that I wanted the item refunded. She huffed and puffed, screamed, 'what would make [me] happy then, to have the item [I] chose at the sales price?'. At this point, I asked to see the owner and a manager appeared, whereby I detailed the event. This is unacceptable and treatment of this nature, towards customers will not be tolerated <br> <br>
