Instant money transfer.

I did an instant money transfer! This Spar took my money and never transferred it, I asked them why???? They advised me that its gone, it never went through my banking account after they gave me a receipt showing approved, and after I told them it went off my banking account! I have still not received my money bac****!! ITS SHOCKING!!!!!!
