Instant Money **** at Spar Katlehong

My brother went to do an instant money transfer at Spar on Friday, 09 October, for an amount R2909.95. He got his instant money voucher number and sent it to the recipient back at home, in Eastern Cape, only to have the recipient call him back to inform him that the money wasn't there. He learned that the money had been withdrawn at a Standard Bank ATM, Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong when he contacted Standard Bank. What is sad is that the money was meant for his children's groceries back at home but Spar couldn't care less none of the staff seem to be bothered or interested in trying to assist. Services such as instant money transfers are supposed to make life easy for ordinary individuals not to take away the little that we have and work so hard for.
