Insane Raised water prices

I have been looking for 5 litre water for a few weeks and my local spar has not had any for ages. Their water refill tanker is so slow and I never get to fill up. Today I find 5 litre water and the increased the Tsitsikamma 5 litre that was R14.99 now R22.99. A R1.00 cheaper than Aquella and that is such a *******. Even Woolworths water is cheaper at R15.99 Even when government instructed shop owners not to increase the prices. What they are doing is holding the water off the floor and when we on day zero they will release the water and charge double cos of course people need to drink water. I am a single parent boiling a kettle of water to drink a glass of water. This price raise and their way of theft is dispicable!!!!!!!!!
