Inhumane treatment of cashiers

Today on 16 November 2016 I stopped by at the Greenhills Spar to buy a few items. On approaching the cashier who stood behind her till, she was approached from behind by her supervisor Andries, who said to her in front of me, that she is stupid. She was visibly upset with tears in her eyes, but said nothing to me regarding the way she was humiliated. I asked her about it, because I personally thought she was not being treated fairly and not within her rights to be treated with dignity. I also noticed for some time now that these poor girls also have to stand behind their tills for the duration of their shifts. No chairs are being supp**** for them to sit down from time to time. I thought the dark ages were over?
