Infestation of worms in lettuce @ Phoenix Spar

I went to the Phoenix Spar to purchase some goods, when I reached home I unpacked the goods I purchased, to my surprise I found the lettuce I bought was infested with worms and droppings. The next day I contacted them and advised them about the infested lettuce, the manager advised me to email pictures and the receipt, so I did, after that I did not get a response from them.

I will never shop there again, they food items are not safe from my experience.
