Indecent Behavior from SPAR Manager!

This incident occurred Sunday the 13th of January at around 12:30 at Simonsrust SPAR, Idas Valley, Stellenbosch, when I approached the manager who was on duty asking him if I could possibly have a box of spaghetti instead of taking sixty (60) individual packs from the shelf. The manager then rudely informed me that it is a security risk to provide me with a box of my desired goods that I wished to purchase. It made perfect sense to me to have a box instead of taking sixty individual items from the shelf. I explained to the manager that I have a small catering company based within the area and I do the majority of my shopping at the store. The manager then arrogantly informed me that they do not provide boxes of merchandise, especially on a Sunday. I then informed him that I purchase in bulk on a micro scale for my small catering company. He very rudely said that they are a "Family Store" and ordered that I rather purchase from GAME or GIANTS as "his" store is not a wholesaler. At this time I was furious with the lack of expertise and people s****s that the so called "Manager" had communicated. I have been a loyal customer to the store for years and to have been treated in this manner was extremely humiliating to say the least. I travel approximately 10kms to get to the store as this was my store of preference when it comes to my shopping needs. After this incident my support to the store felt worthless. I was so shocked that I did not get the manager on duties name. I would like this gentleman's actions and method of managing this store to brought to the attention of his superiors and even as far as the regional and provisional managers.
