Incorrect shelf prices and Rude Managers

On 22.03.19 I visited Northway Superspar. I bought Air scents Reed diffusers which had two price tags on the shelf, both marked at R40.99. The shelf was full of the exact same Air scents diffusers, so the item I selected was not misplaced. At the cashier it scanned for R83.99. The packer at the till went to confirm the price on the shelf and agreed it was marked at R40.99 with the arrows pointing at the items I selected. The cashier informed the supervisor who called for the manager. Mr Chandres Naidoo arrived, he was loud and rude and said that there was NO WAYS that we will receive that item at R40.99, He went further to embarrass us in front of all the customers suggesting that the price tags could have been swapped. I suggested he check the cameras and I told him I don't like his attitude and loudness and he should call another manager. After a very very long wait Quinton Selby arrived. He said if the item barcode does not match the barcode on the price tag, he is not changing the price and in all of the years of his experience in retail, this has never been done and he wont do it. Both managers did not offer an apology for the wrong prices or Mr Naidoo's wrongful accusation.
