INCORRECT PRICING

Good day

I bought a Magnum Mint ice cream which according to the specials leaflet should be R23. On arrival at home(SW1)I noticed that I was charged R27. I was also short changed with 50 cents. Although most people would regard this letter as extremely petty, I am fine with that. My problem is that I'm wondering how many of these "mistakes" are made and goes unnoticed.

So what do I expect from Spar? 1. not a phone call - that would cost more than R4.50 2. not for one of the staff to bring me my R4.50 If you want to you can pop me an e-mail or not If it was an honest mistake to get the pricing staff to be more diligent.

The reason why we buy at Stephenson Spar and don't mind travelling all the way from SW1 to CW5 is because of the quality of their meat. For that I will give them 5 stars.
