Incorrect price on shelves, manager not taking accountability!!

Store advertised Jacobs coffee for R134.99 for 230g pouch& 200g on the shelves, when I got to the cashier she called the manager who refused to give me at that price. It is not my fault that they advertised incorrectly but they do not seem to account for their mistakes. Very disappointed!!
