Inconvenience caused not recognised
I bought Spar brand strawberry boxed juice from Spar on ********** 7. Got home made food and as I drank realised the juice is expired as it had a funny taste, I checked the expiration date and it dated ********** 7. I am heavily pregnant and due anytime from now. I had to drive all the way back to the Spar to return the juice for something that's not expired. I get there and they tell me I must go and get myself juice that isn't expired. I refused and told them I'm too tired and hungry to go there. The lady asked how I made it back when I can't go get myself juice. She asked me how will I walk back to my car when I can't walk down the aisle for juice. How will i get back home. I am already inconvenienced yet she's not being apologetic but asking me silly questions. She wasn't bothered. I stood there waiting for her to exchange the juice for me. She came back and gave me the juice. She wasn't even sorry. I didn't even get anything to show they are sorry for selling expired juice. I was not happy about having to drive to the store twice for the same thing. What if the juice made me sick and put my unborn baby in danger? It's not nice to be treated like they don't care. We are the ones keeping the store operational, the least they can do is treat us better as customers. I paid for the Juice, it wasn't free.
