Inconsistency

I am rather confused by Spar. I understand that there are different types of Spars however surely there are things that should be uniform such as the Spar Rewards.

I was surprised to learn that SupaTrade Spar in Hlabisa sells a plastic bag for a whooping R0-90 whilst even Super Spar does not sell theirs for R0-60. Another thing my mother who is a pensioner asked one of the cashiers about the Pensioner's discount in which she blatantly answer "We do not have it". Do not even get me started on the staff at that Spar the cashiers are curt and unfriendly, they have their conversations whilst you wait, they are rude and they are stone cold. I wish they would see the suburban Spar service.

I should really hope that the service overall is slack because it is in the rural areas because the money is the same as in the suburbs.

I use the Glenwood Super Spar in Durban and I love everything about it. Maybe it is time the service is evened out.
