<p>I have a complaint about Avonwood Spar. I went there today and when my items were being rung up at the till I was charged for 2 bags but my groceries and some other items were all squashed into one bag and I had to carry the rest of the items that didn't fit into the bag separately because I wasn't given a second bag.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the complaint isn't about being charged for an additional 50cent bag and not getting it, its about the principle of the matter. Why am I being charged for things I'm not getting? Why are my groceries being squashed into a packet that is too small for all of them? And why, even though I was charged for a packet, did I have to carry the left over items that weren't squashed into the packet all separately?</p> <p> </p> <p>Are your staff so *********** that they don't know that if you get charged for something you are suppose to get it or how to pack a grocery bag properly? You clearly don't train them properly. Here is an idea you should use. Before you start with your apparent "training", teach them that 1 plus 1 equals 2.</p> <p> </p> <p>This isn't the first time I have had an issue with Avonwood Spar. A few months ago I was dealt with by the rudest possible woman I have ever come across who was ringing up my groceries at the till. I even spoke to the manager who did nothing. I then logged a complaint and the person who contacted me said that the woman who dealt with me had the audacity to say that my husband who was with me called her a K..... I was right there and at no point did my husband mention a single thing about her gender or race because we are not ******.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband was extremely angry to the point where he wanted to arrange a day for a meeting to take place and a lie detector brought in to prove that this pathetic excuse for a worker was the biggest **** on the planet. Luckily I was able to calm him down and we decided to just never go to Avonwood Spar again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately, because of circumstances, we had to go there again today. Low and behold once again this Spar proves they have pathetic staff who can't do the simplest of jobs properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want an explanation about why Avonwood Spar don't know how to hire adequate staff, why management clearly fall flat on their face when it comes to training and managing staff, why they don't know what proper customer service is and what you will be doing about it to satisfy me as a customer for piece of mind that if I should ever make the mistake to go there again I won't be disappointed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to your response and explanation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p>
