*********** Spar staff at pineslopes

We orded a cake at Spar pineslopes and we told them that we will fetch it at 10:00. We got there at 10:30 but the cake was not ready, the manager asked us to come at 12:00 we did not agree, they asked to change sponge from chocolate to vanilla then it will be ready in 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes still it was not ready, we had to wait again. When they bring it we asked who was the baker, and the staff says it’s gift we asked the surname they say they don’t know him. We asked the supervisor name, they say it’s Rigina but they don’t name her surname too. What an *********** staff who don’t know each others names, who does not respect time
